Round 1: Mo C Mo C

Mid-morning on Sunday afternoon, my husband and I decided to take a stroll down Nassau Street in downtown Princeton. While the spring-like sun glistened onto store windows, we found ourselves "mo-c-ing" into a small Japanese restaurant on South Tulane Street. The bright orange honing doesn't give much clue to the fantastic display inside of this hidden gem. The walls and ceilings are delightfully designed in modern decor featuring wood paneling that surely isn't seen in your grandmothers home. The lines and placement of tables was clean but, not uncomfortable.

We tried a few items that were all equally delicious but, I have to make mention of the Transformer roll. I can't remember what was in it for the life of me, but it was a-ma-zing. The hand rolls were served in "ice cream" cone holder-like trays and each plate was served with simplicity and packed a lot of flavor.

While the ambience is truly worth the visit, this fabulous alleyway eatery has great sushi that is available for takeout. Parking may be a little difficult but, there is a garage within walking distance.

Enjoy!Mo C Mo C

As a young professional, it becomes increasingly difficult to find my way over to the stove after returning home from extended hours and reaching near exhaustion. After exhausting attempts to find great places to eat; nonetheless, restaurants that offer takeout, I developed this blog to assist Mercer County residents with finding food worth their time.
